Welcome to our patient incentive program! In order to help you achieve your treatment goals, we would like to reward you along the way for your cooperation. You have a chance to earn BUBBABUCK$, which you can redeem for prizes (see prize list below).
This is our way of saying "Thank you for being such a super patient!"

BUBBABUCK$ are given if:

1. You did not miss your last appointment
2. You arrived on time for your present appointment
3. Your teeth and gums are plaque-free
4. You have no loose bands, brackets or broken appliances

It is possible to earn four (4) BUBBABUCK$ per regularly scheduled appointment. In addition, you can earn bonus BUCK$ for:

  1. Improved cooperation
  2. Excellent elastic or appliance wear
  3. Referring a friend to our office (Don't forget to remind your friend to tell us that you referred them.)
  4. Every academic "A" or "B" on your report card

BUBBABUCK$ can be redeemed for prizes at any time. They can be redeemed for a number of small prizes or saved for a larger one. *We are not responsible for lost BUBBABUCK$. All BUBBABUCK$ may be cashed in before or anytime after the removal of your braces.
