
You can help yourself, and us, by letting us know about broken braces in advance of your appointments. This will allow us to schedule the additional time necessary to repair the braces. The short afternoon appointments provide only enough time to adjust the braces.
Without advance notice we will only have time to make you comfortable, then we will reschedule you for enough time to properly repair what is broken. That way we can do it correctly without having to rush, run behind on our schedule, or keep others waiting.
Our goal has always been, and continues to be, to provide you with the best possible personalized treatment. You can help keep us on that track... PLEASE let us know if you need more time and attention.
SO, IF YOU SUSPECT SOMETHING IS LOOSE OR BROKEN, PLEASE GIVE US A CALL RIGHT AWAY. WE MUST HEAR FROM YOU IN ADVANCE TO RESERVE APPROPRIATE TIME TO MAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS. BY LETTING US KNOW IN ADVANCE, YOU CAN AVOID THE DISAPPOINTMENT OF HAVING TO RESCHEDULE AN EXTRA APPOINTMENT TO REPAIR THE BRACES.
